What we collect
When you contact us we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, postcode or address, and anything you tell us about the work, including any photo you attach. We do not collect more than we need to respond to your enquiry and quote for the work.
How we handle your enquiry data
When you submit an enquiry through this website, your details are used to contact you about your roofing enquiry and to prepare a quote.
- Lawful basis. We process your enquiry on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you and preparing a quote you have asked for.
- Who processes it.Your enquiry is handled by us and delivered by our website provider, Digital Five, using the email delivery service Postmark. A copy is held in Digital Five’s secure enquiry archive so that no enquiry is lost in transit.
- The Digital Five archive. Digital Five retains enquiries in that archive on our behalf and access is limited to those who need it to run the website and support us. It is not used for marketing.
- Retention. We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, then delete them, normally within two years of our last contact with you.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your information. We only share it with the service providers who help us run the website and respond to you, as described above, and where we are required to by law.
